STANDARDISED SPECIAL INSTALLATION HOUSINGS
The practical standardised special installation housings facilitate the creation of recesses in prefabricated concrete. Henceforward the time-consuming creation of individual wooden or foam polystyrene recesses belong to the past. The ventilation sleeve is ideal for ventilation recesses, while the Schalfix is recommended for all other areas of application. Both little helpers are mounted within seconds, afterwards the products can simply be recycled and are therefore more sustainable than the classic methods.

The special installation housings
With the use of the ventalation sleeve precast factories have a time-saving of up to 30 minutes per recess compared to the use of conventional methods. The Schalfix even saves up to an hour of time compared to the classic recess.
- Ventilation Sleeve: 138 mm outer diameter, 135 mm inner diameter, 90 mm height
- Schalfix 140 x 160 mm: 130-230 mm extendable height
- Schalfix 260 x 240 mm: 130-230 mm extendable height
In addition to the conventional attachment with glue, the ventilation sleeve is also available with an integrated magnet. With this innovation it is possible to automatically position the product on the formwork. The probably greatest advantage of this method: Bothersome removal of glue residue is no longer necessary and the magnets are recyclable. Participation in the magnet recycling is not only worthwhile to protect the environment, it also pays of to your wallet.

Both Schalfix sizes are made of plastic and are therefore completely weatherproof and pH-neutral. The polypropylene ventilation sleeve is heat-resistant from -5 °C to 100 °C and is halogen-free. All three special installation housings are recyclable.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION
IN A FEW STEPS
VENTILATION SLEEVE
Place ventilation sleeve with hot glue or automatically with the magent.
Reinforcement is being installed.
Prefabricated slab is being delivered and assembled.
Remove the protective cover from the ventilation sleeve.
Shorten ventilation distributor to the right size.
Fix ventilation distributor to the reinforcement.
Install conduits and concrete ceiling.
To participate in magnet recycling: Remove magnets on the construction site, collect them and send them to Primo.
Tap in the cover of the ventilation sleeve from underneath with a hammer.
Lüftungsauslass montieren.
Screw the adapter ring onto the ventilation sleeve without pre-drilling.
Thanks to integrated and standardised screw bosses, other ventilation outlet forms are also possible.
SCHALFIX
Place Schalfix with hot glue.
Reinforcement is being installed.
Pull out the Schalfix inner part to ceiling height and fix it with screws.
Finish the concreting. Watertight cover prevents wet building shell.
Remove Schalfix in a simple way.
And recycle without hazardous waste.
