THE CLEVER 1-FOR-2 SYSTEM
PRACTICAL AND SIMPLE
THE CLEVER 1-FOR-2 SYSTEM
ACCESSORIES FOR TOP QUALITY
From now on, conduits can be connected together as well as fixed absolutely concrete-tight and with reliable strain-relief just in seconds. Thanks to a practical push-fit system, the new Primo wall & ceiling transitions enable a stable inline connection with little effort. In addition, different sizes can be combined with one another. Instead of using special transitions, grommets or sleeves for each conduit size, the small plastic helpers for concrete construction can be used for two conduit sizes each. Thus, the 1-for-2 system helps the electrician to optimise storage costs.
The Primo wall & ceiling transitions are available with or without wings and can be attached directly to the steel mesh. The integrated conduit grip renders rework on the concrete conduit obsolete. Due to the standard screw bosses, there is no need for additional drilling after mounting the transitions, grommets and sleeves. Due to their small design, the plastic parts can be used even with very narrow steel reinforcements or for the continuation of conduits under the screed without any problems. Thus, every electrician delivers high-quality work in a short time. See for yourself.
IN ACTION!
Flexible wall & ceiling transitions
The search for the transition in the right size is at an end. With the Primo wall & ceiling transitions you always have the right one to hand, because all variants are suitable for two sizes.
With the exception of the 30° M20+M25 wall and ceiling transition, the small polypropylene helpers can be combined with each other and ensure maximum variability during installation. All five variants impress with their absolute concrete tightness and reliable strain relief.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION IN WALL OR CEILING
IN A FEW STEPS
Attach the front part quickly and easily to the formwork thanks to integrated nail fixation. Optionally, the surfaces can also be glued in a standard manner. Due to the practical connection technology, several elements as well as grommets can be connected inline on transitions.
Insert the concrete conduit into the transition or grommet. Two different conduit sizes can be inserted into each transition/grommet without tools.
Push the transition or grommet onto the cover. The ideal bending radius of 30° allows the cables to be pulled in safely and comfortably. The integrated conduit grip ensures reliable strain relief and absolute concrete tightness with all sizes.
Another Option: Simple mounting of the transitions and grommets to the steel reinforcement by wings.
Attach second formwork and concrete wall or ceiling.
Break out openings effortlessly with the aid of a screwdriver.
Attach the continuation installation conduit. Conduit grip ensures reliable strain relief and absolute concrete tightness.
Concreting.
Cables can be pulled in flexibly from both directions.
ACCESSORIES FOR
HIGH-QUALITY ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION IN CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE
CONCRETE CONDUITS
The harsh conditions on cast-in-place concrete building sites place high demands on the conduits for concrete walls and ceilings. The impact and pressure resistant corrugated conduits may only change shape to a limited extent under the weight of the concrete. Depending on the model, the partly halogen-free plastic conduits have a compressive strength of 750 N/5 cm and a temperature resistance of -25 °C to +105 °C. Primo’s range includes concrete-resistant conduits, which can also be supplied, for example, as halogen-free 1000 N.
CONDUIT MARKERS IN VARIOUS COLOURS
Quickly assembled and securely sealed! The coloured conduit markers are used to distinguish the conduits according to their purpose of use. They fit both 25 mm and 32 mm flexible conduits as well as rigid conduits and can be marked with a waterproof pen. The conduit markers are windproof, waterproof and dust-tight.
