THE RIGHT FLUSH MOUNTING BOX
FOR EVERY OLD BUILDING RENOVATION
THE FASTEST FLUSH MOUNTING SYSTEM IN THE WORLD
One of the greatest challenges when renovating old buildings is the uncertainty as to which material is hidden behind the visible walls. And with that, of course, the question of which flush mounting box is best suited. With the Primo Thermo Box, this question no longer arises. Thanks to the membrane teeth, the Thermo Box finds a hold in any material. It’s then installed in a few seconds with the specially developed Thermo Foam. Laborious plastering as with conventional products is no longer necessary. With the SCS connection technology, several Thermo Boxes can be lined up and firmly connected – ideal for fast through-wiring or the installation of pre-wired devices. In addition, thanks to the in-house Cable-Plopp technology, cables can now be inserted completely without tools. Convince yourself of the “Fastest Flush Mounting System In The World”.
AND ACTION!
The Thermo Box series consists of three boxes: the Thermo Box (THD-70), the Flat Thermo Box (THD-45), and the Thermo Electronics Box (TED-70).
All parts can be firmly connected to one another and are suitable for all masonry. In addition, the blue-orange innovations can be used perfectly outdoors or in bathrooms. The numerous entries and the smart design of the flush mounting boxes make handling easier. An 82 mm drill hole is sufficient for installation (in case of the TED-70, two times 82 mm with a broken-off bar). Use the Primo high-speed runner as well as the drilling template and professional installation will be child’s play in no time at all.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION
IN A FEW STEPS
Mark the first box and drill with the Primo high-speed drill a 82 mm hole.
For multiple combinations, insert the drilling template into the first hole. Tighten the lever and align it using the integrated spirit level. Drill more holes with standardized comination spacing of 71 mm by moving the template.
Mill slots and moisten the hole so that the foam swells even better.
The membrane teeth fix the box securely in the hole. This enables the time-saving installation of already piped boxes.
Insert the boxes up to the plaster stop. This guarantees standard-compliant and plaster-flush installation.
With a plastered wall, simply break off the plaster stop and insert the boxes completely.
Use the foam pistol to break out the predetermined breaking point in the rear of the box and inject the foam until the box is completely enclosed. After 30 minutes the foam is cut-resistant.
Push cables through the Cable-Plopp to insert them absolutely tool-free.
Attach the convex plaster cover to the opening of the box to protect the screw bosses and the inside of the box, as well as to reduce the plaster application.
The signal pins help you to find the box quickly. Push in the cover with your finger or a screwdriver. When it pops outwards, a clean contour is created without offsets in the plaster. Then remove the cover.
Alternatively, expose the plaster cover with a 68 mm holesaw and remove it at the same time.
If required, remove the web between the SCS rails.
Simply wire electronic components or directly insert pre-wired devices.
Flexible alignment of the devices thanks to three screw bosses.
Complete the installation!

Frequently asked questions
FAQ
To use such a system I have to drill perfect holes – is that possible?
Good thinking! Because with some materials, clean drilling becomes a challenge even for the most experienced professional. The Primo Drilling Template is just the job for this. Measure and mark the first hole, then insert the Drilling Template, fasten it and align it exactly horizontally and vertically with the integrated spirit level. The holes are drilled at the standardised spacing in the perfect size. For multiple holes, simply move the Drilling Template one hole further along, fasten it, align it and drill further in a flash.
ADDITIONAL TREAT: All our Thermo boxes have membrane teeth, so that inaccuracies of the hole are compensated and fixed firmly in the hole. With Primo it’s all child’s play!
Why is the price of the Thermo Box so high?
If you compare the Primo Thermo Box with the standard flush mounting box from the DIY store, then that is correct. But who would compare a Matchbox car to a Porsche? Primo stands for high-value premium quality “Made in Germany”, which provides for efficiency and time savings and facilitates the daily work of electrical professionals. Thanks to the special foaming technology, the Primo Thermo Boxes are installed in seconds. For example, as opposed to conventional plaster with water bucket, mixer and 25 kg plaster sack, only a 750 ml can of Thermo Foam is required for fixing 70 to 100 Thermo Boxes. Foaming itself requires 2 seconds of time per box compared to 2 – 3 minutes for plastering. With Primo, therefore, the following applies: invest in good quality, save energy, gain time and ensure energy efficiency!
