Thanks to the clever magnet assembly technology, you can deliver high-quality end products in the shortest possible time. See for yourself.
The magnet technology offers precast factories great advantages. The installation on the formwork is simplified and bothersome removal of glue residue after concreting is no longer necassary. After the precast slab has been lifted, the magnets remain on the formwork and thus can be used again immediately.

With an installation depth of 111 mm the Universal Junction Box offers a lot of space for all kinds of installation work. The integrated holder for a self-tapping ceiling hook according to DIN EN 60670 facilitates the installation of ceiling lamps for the electrician on the construction site. If required, the Universal Junction Box can also be used as an electronics box.

Place Universal Junction Box with hot glue or automatically with the magent. Small inaccuracies can still be compensated for with the magnet.

Reinforcement is being installed.

After concreting the magnets remain on the formwork and can be used again.

Unscrew cover of the Universal Junction Box.

Open conduit entries with a plie.
3
Install up to eight conduits M20/M25.
4
Screw cover back on, install reinforcement and concrete.

After concreting open Universal Junction Box easily with a hammer blow.
6
Use integrated holder for a ceiling hook and complete installation.
