Our success also means great corporate responsibility for us. Our values guide our actions and drive us to actively do good for our fellow human beings. This includes internally our partners and employees, as well as externally those who are not directly connected to Primo as a company.
Distributing ingenious products in a chic head office in beautiful Upper Bavaria and all this together with great partners – an ultimate dream! For us, partners are our team members, our suppliers, our distributors, our service providers… actually our entire environment. Their quirks and habits make our partners so unique and special. And we value each and everyone!
How can you show this appreciation? For us, there are six core values that determine our actions and have to become second nature for every team player. These values are timeless, create a positive and supportive environment and weld us together into a strong team.
Respect is the cornerstone of our corporate philosophy, because only in a respectful and appreciative environment can small ideas grow into big things.
With love and passion, the profession becomes a vocation. Because only when we enjoy our work, we are successful
Partnerships on an equal footing create a valuable and lasting cooperation. We are partners and harmonise our strengths and weaknesses: in a team, with customers, suppliers and service providers.
Team spirit, because only together can we achieve our goal. Every employee is a mainstay of the company.
We aspire to achieve the highest quality standards, because we deliver first-class products to our customers that make their daily work easier.
We achieve innovation through our courage to think outside the box, our ability to identify market needs and our future-oriented actions.
Life presents us with frightening challenges. We are confronted with illnesses, job losses or devastating strokes of fate. We would be lost without outside help. Now we have the opportunity and the means to provide tangible aid.
For us it is a matter of conscience to support of regional and national aid organisations through donations or sponsorship. In this way, we can brighten up the dark hours of the people concerned. Because only together can we create a better future.
“People must help one another; it is nature’s law.”

WALDKRAIBURG GRAMMAR SCHOOL
Waldkraiburg Grammar School aims to prepare its students for their studies and profession and promotes the development of independence and responsibility. We provide unbureaucratic and rapid aid, because we want to ensure a quality education that paves the way for the future for the young generation.
The shock of a cancer diagnosis of feels like a slap in the face not only for patients, but also for their relatives. The children’s cancer charity BALU stands for Begleitung (guidance), Anteilnahme (sympathy), Lebensmut (encouragement), Unterstützung (support). It brings all those affected together, for joint excursions and activities, sometimes just for laughing and crying together.
The Sterntaler Waldkraiburg association supports socially vulnerable families with children and adolescents through donations of cash and goods. In addition, the association offers specific tutoring for children with learning difficulties. We want to offer the same future opportunities for all children, regardless of their family background.
Aktion Mensch is a nationwide organisation. The proceeds of the social lottery go to support projects for people with disabilities, children and young people. Aktion Mensch also provides information about actions and campaigns on inclusion. We think that’s great, because every human life is of equal value!
Spending quality time with the family in the cold season – where better than at the Christmas market? We cooperate with the Kindergartenförderverein Aschau (Aschau kindergarten support association) and donate the lighting for the market in Aschau every year.
Municipality of Aschau
Our managing director Thomas is a genuine Aschauer and is still closely connected to his hometown to this day. So it’s not surprising that we at Primo participate in regional projects, such as the municipality’s school holiday programme. In 2020, for example, we flew over beautiful Aschau with 15 children. We think the municipality’s activity is great and will be supporting it again in the coming year.
