The Primo flush mounting boxes are installed in a few seconds with the specially developed Thermo Foam. Laborious plastering as with conventional products is no longer necessary. The highlight: In combination with the Foam, the Thermo Box enables an airtight and thermal bridge-free installation including sound insulation. With the SCS connection technology, several Thermo Boxes can be lined up and firmly connected – ideal for fast through-wiring or the installation of pre-wired devices. In addition, thanks to the in-house Cable-Plopp technology, cables can now be inserted completely without tools. Convince yourself of the “fastest flush mounting system in the world”.

The Thermo Box Series consists of three boxes:
All parts can be firmly connected to one another and are suitable for all masonry. In addition, the blue-orange innovations can be used perfectly outdoors or in bathrooms. The numerous entries and the smart design of the flush mounting boxes make handling easier. An 82 mm drill hole is sufficient for installation (in case of the TED-70, two times 82 mm with a broken-off bar). Use the Primo high-speed drill as well as the drilling template and professional installation will be child’s play in no time at all.

Einfache Montage in

Mark the first box and drill with the Primo high-speed drill a 82 mm hole.

For multiple combinations, insert the drilling template into the first hole. Tighten the lever and align it using the integrated spirit level. Drill more holes with standardised combination spacing of 71 mm by moving the template.

Mill a slot with the brickwork groove milling machine along the drill holes and into the box holes. Pay attention to the installation zone!

Moisten the hole so that the foam swells even better.

Insert the boxes up to the plaster stop. This guarantees standard-compliant and plaster-flush installation.

Use the foam pistol to break out the predetermined breaking point in the rear of the box and inject the foam until the box is completely enclosed, airtight and thermal bridge-free.

After 20-30 minutes the foam is cut-resistant.

Push the cables through the Cable-Plopp to insert them absolutely tool-free.

Alternatively, open the membrane with the cutter knife…

…and insert the conduits.

Thanks to the membrane teeth, the box is already fixed in the hole before foaming. In this way, already piped boxes can also be mounted and only then be foamed.

Attach the convex plaster cover to the 61 mm opening of the box to protect the screw bosses and the inside of the box, as well as to reduce the plaster application.

The signal pins help you to find the box quickly. Push in the cover with your finger or a screwdriver. When it pops outwards, a clean contour is created without offsets in the plaster. Then remove the cover.

Alternatively, expose the plaster cover with a 68 mm holesaw and remove it at the same time.

For multiple connections, remove the web between the SCS rails.

Once the web is cut through, wire electronic components in the large installation space or directly insert pre-wired devices.

Denn bei einigen Materialien wird sauber Bohren für den geübtesten Profi zur Herausforderung.
Die Primo Bohrschablone kommt dafür wie gerufen. Das erste Loch ausmessen und anzeichnen, anschließend die Bohrschablone einsetzen, befestigen und mit der integrierten Wasserwaage horizontal und vertikal genau ausrichten.
Die Löcher werden im genormten Abstand in der perfekten Größe ausgebohrt. Für Mehrfachbohrungen einfach die Bohrschablone ein Loch weiter verschieben, ausrichten und in Windeseile weiter bohren.
Additional treat
All our thermo cans have membrane locking teeth so that inaccuracies in the drill hole are compensated for and the cans are firmly fixed in the drill hole. So Primo makes it child’s play!
Vergleicht man die Primo Thermodose mit der Standard-Unterputzdose vom Baumarkt, dann ist das richtig. Aber wer würde ein Matchbox Auto mit einem Porsche vergleichen?
Primo steht für hochwertige Premium Qualität „Made in Germany“, die Effizienz, Zeitersparnis und Arbeitserleichterung in die tägliche Arbeit der Profis des E-Handwerks bringt. Durch die besondere Schäumtechnik werden die Primo Thermodosen in Sekundenschnelle luftdicht und wärmebrückenfrei installiert.
Zum Beispiel wird im Gegensatz zum herkömmlichen Gipsen mit Wassereimer, Rührgerät und 25 kg Gipssack nur eine 750 ml Dose Thermoschaum zur Fixierung von 70 bis 100 Thermodosen benötigt. Das Schäumen selbst erfordert pro Dose einen Zeiteinsatz von 2 Sekunden im Vergleich zu 2 – 3 Minuten Gipsen.
